How to make soft shaved ice
1 Make shaved ice soup
Powder:hot water: room temperature water =1:1:5 mix powder 100g with hot water 100g,stir well,add 500g room temperature water,stir well again;
2 Frozen
Dedicated refrigerator freezer(-22C)for 4 hours put fruit soup intoat least,take out to remove mould,put it in cling film,and store infreezer again.
3 Making soft shaved ice drink
Fix ice cylinder in centre of shaver,Letthe machine's crampons fully grasp the icicleadjust blade thickness,and switch on machine.use plate to take full shaved ice,and garnishwith popping ball, jelly ball,red bean, fruit jam,fruit pulp,fresh fruit,tapioca pearls.

Application
Shaved ice (flavors:, mango, taro, coffee, coconut, etc.)
Proportion: 250g shaved ice powder: 500g boiling water: 200g white sugar/100g sucrose (choose one): 1000g purified water/ice water: 130g light cream/100g special milk (250ml substitute milk).
Add 250g of boiling water, 250g of powder, 250g of boiling water + 100g of sucrose in turn and mix well. Then add 1000g of cold water + 130g of whipping cream and put it into the mixer. Slowly turn from low speed to high speed and mix evenly for about 4 minutes. After beating, Put it into the iron bucket of the icicle machine and let it sit for 10 minutes to beat the foam, then put it into the machine and start cooling for 4 hours. (for making products)
Note: The frozen ice is too hard and it is difficult to fix the shaved ice during use. It is recommended to leave it for 5-10 minutes (or put it in a bag and rinse it with cold water for 1 minute). Put it into the iron bucket of the icicle machine and start cooling. (Product production for backup)
