Raw material preparation: The ratio of Mixue pearls to water is 1:6-10. After boiling, add the pearl pot and stir slightly. Set the boiling time of the pearl pot to 25 minutes, and braise the pearls for 25 minutes
Then drain the water and wash it cold. Drain and soak an appropriate amount of sucrose in the water (recommended to use within four hours)
Raw material preparation: Mixue Jasmine Tea Preparation method: The ratio of tea to water is 1:30. After filtering out the tea, add ice cubes and the ratio of tea leaves is 1:10 (tea: ice=1:10)
Soak 20g of tea leaves, add 600ml of hot water (water temperature 70-75 ℃), and simmer for 8 minutes. Stir slightly during the braising process, filter the tea leaves, and add 200g of ice cubes to the tea soup. Stir slightly and set aside
Take 500ml, add 40g of milk in shaker, 150ml of Mixue jasmine tea soup, and 15ml of Mixue sucrose
Ice: Put 100g of ice cubes into a snow glass, and the snow should be evenly mixed (note that hot drinks are not allowed)
Heat: Make a hot drink and add hot water to around 400cc. Stir well
