Wine Brewed Red Glutinous Rice

Method for brewing black tea: The ratio of tea to water is 1:40. Soak 20g of tea, add 800ml of boiling water (with a water temperature of 93 ℃ or above), let it soak for 8-9 minutes, stir slightly in the middle, filter the tea, cover it half, and wake up the tea for 5 minutes, then set it aside.

TIP: It is recommended to use it within 4 hours (note: the smaller the ratio of tea to water, the smaller the amount of tea soup used)

Boiling small rice dumpling:

The ratio of small rice dumpling to water is 1:6-8 (the amount of water is adjusted according to the actual situation). After the water is boiled, rice dumpling is poured into it. It is boiled over a 3500w high fire. After the small rice dumpling floats up (a small amount of direct drinking water can be poured into it to increase its toughness), it is boiled for another two minutes, then drained and washed to cool, and drained and soaked with sugar (recommended to be used within four hours)

(1) Add 500ml of Mixue resin in a shaker;

(2) Mixue contains 50ml;

(3) Black tea soup 200ml;

(4) 170g ice cubes;

(5) 15ml of Mixue sucrose;

(6) Add 50g of fermented wine in sequence, add ice and water to around 400, shake well and set aside.

4、 Accessories: add two spoonfuls of red glutinous rice and two spoonfuls of rice dumpling into the tea base.

Note: Canned red glutinous rice is slightly sweet, and it is recommended to add 5ml less sucrose.
